Cheri is Driven to Succeed in coastal Tampa Bay real estate
Cheri Boudreau believes golf is a fitting metaphor for life. The game is a continual effort to improve your score, and your only real competitor is yourself. For Cheri, a woman with an intense inner drive, it’s a challenge that brings out her best. “It’s one of the few things you can do for three and a half hours and think of nothing but the game,” Cheri says. “Of course, it doesn’t hurt that you can play it in some of the most beautiful places on earth.”
A Powerful “Link”
Cheri even met her husband at the golf course. They married in 1995 and one of their true passions is combining golf and travel to play some of the world’s finest golf courses. They’d love to one day say they have sampled all of Golf Magazine’s “Top 100 You Can Play.” It’s a bold aspiration, but that’s only fitting for Cheri.
For many years, Cheri excelled as a vice president of sales and consultant in the tech sector. In 2002, she retired and took control of her own destiny in real estate. The relationship building and networking skills that made her a success in the tech sector are the same attributes that contribute to her success in real estate today. Cheri thrives on creatively and strategically marketing homes to generate maximum exposure to the specific target market most likely to be interested in a purchase.
From Golf to Gulf
As a longtime Clearwater Beach resident, Cheri knows firsthand the lifestyle offered by the coastal communities of Tampa Bay is one of luxury at every turn. Her expertise spans waterfront and beachfront properties as well as golf community homes. Whether you’re a longtime local or new to the community, buying or selling a primary residence or vacation home, Cheri’s ability to build rapport with people quickly will allow you to feel comfortable every step of the process. For those purchasing a second home, Cheri excels at working long distance to put in the up-front effort that will ensure your time spent looking at properties is productive.
But perhaps Cheri’s greatest attribute goes back to the same quality she demonstrates on the golf course – her inner drive that simply cannot be extinguished. Quite simply, when you trust your home sale or purchase to Cheri, she will persevere until she’s helped achieve all of your goals and aspirations. “It’s very rewarding to play such a significant role in an extremely important part of people’s lives,” Cheri says. “I take that responsibility very seriously and strive to provide the ultimate in service to each of my clients.”
Driven to Succeed
From the golf course to the business arena, Cheri Boudreau is a woman whose drive and determination are without equal. So when the time comes for your next move, call Cheri to make the most of your transaction.
Meet The Team
Debbie Descheemaeker first became a licensed realtor over ten years ago when she realized that she wanted more than the corporate world had to offer—the ability to make people’s dreams come true by helping them find their perfect home. Since then, she has been working hard to streamline a seamless buying and selling process for her clients, whether that involves a first house, a transitional property, or a forever home.
Debbie graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing before beginning a job in sales with a Fortune 500 Company. After many years in various sales, marketing, and management positions and multiple moves around the South East—to Birmingham, Raleigh, Washington DC, and Atlanta—Debbie and her husband Henrie settled in Pinellas County in 2005. It was then that Debbie decided to pursue her real estate license, as her frequent moves had given her an insider’s look at the process from beginning to end—several times over!
With years of industry experience in all facets of the real estate business, Debbie offers an extensive knowledge of the buying and selling process and a fundamental desire to make it as simple and effortless as possible for everyone involved. She credits the amazing synergy of her real estate team to their respective backgrounds in corporate culture and technology, and to their shared passion—golf!
Debbie believes that it is extremely important to truly connect with the community around her by becoming actively involved; she volunteers her time at her home church and with an organization called Impact 24:7, which helps disadvantaged people and those experiencing homelessness to get back on their feet.
Debbie is thrilled to join the Cheri Boudreau team at Coastal Properties Group International!

Whether you are buying or selling your home, Gabrielle Allman views it as a partnership. Each step of the way, you will always feel as though you are going through the process together.
Originally from the Midwest, Gabrielle is a former customer experience manager with fifteen years in the corporate world. She holds a degree in Communications from John Carroll University, where she graduated with honors.
There is much more to selling your house than just listing it.
One important item frequently overlooked is home staging. You may have a great house, but if it is not staged properly, it can sit on the market longer and loose asking value. Gabrielle has a flair for interior design and staging. Most recently, she redesigned the interior of a beach home, helping it to sell quickly for $2,400,000.
In her spare time, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with family, working out and jogging.
Let her make your selling and buying dreams come true!
